Don’t dwell in your troubles but trust in the Son
I am healed when I live at your feet

But it not just about singing on a Sunday morning, or a Wednesday.... it is about a way to live. You see when you invite the Son of God, Jesus to come into your life, He comes.
After a time you start to realise that all you have to face in the daily challenges, you face with Him. When you feel you can’t cope that usually means you forgot to pray in the troubles, or ask Him to help you deal with difficult situations.
Now I am not saying that life in the Son is trouble free, no far from it for too many people in this world are out to get what they can regardless of you or others feelings. What I am saying is this: you are not alone.
You can ask for His help and you will be amazed at the words and patience that comes out of your own mouth as you speak to another who is driving you crazy or making you personally feel hopeless or very angry.
You will find you can handle difficult situations and even arguments with others in a calmer way. You find others will back down more and see your point of view.
Things that looked impossible to solve become solved, some things take longer than others I am not promising a McDonalds instant fix here but I am promising that the Lord is faithful and wishes to share your life and help you cope with all that that may mean.
Trust is hard to learn when others around you have let you down in life, it takes time to understand and realise that the Lord Jesus is really real and really with you.
You will never know his comfort or presence if you never stop from you busy world and give him time to reach you.
I heard it said a radio broadcasts and you can listen it to easily. Well I am here to tell you that Jesus also broadcasts His love and grace and wisdom to you through His spirit, don’t ask me how it works I don’t know... but it is possible to listen to God and hear from Him but in order to learn you must be willing to stop and try.
It can take some people years to realise that they need Jesus to help them when all around them is going well, but ask those who have suffered and you will find they have a deeper sense of the Lords presence. Why? Because they really learnt they needed to listen to Him.
When Jesus asks you to give your life to Him, He meant all of your life.
It’s a hearts cry to really wish to know Him. A deep deep need to know Him will be answered for He desires to be so known by you.
I don't write these words without experience for I have MS so I know what it means to really need to hang on to Jesus when all hope seems lost, for when I was diagnosed it was a shock to my system but He came so close to me I could feel His comfort and love within me. So the words I share are truth. My future plans are in Him now for I am not sure what my future will hold but He knows me and what I will be able to cope with.
I need Him everyday.

It was not a stroke at all but MS.
Well after many tests they have diagnosed me with MS.
So here I am slowly falling apart but nothing has changed. Jesus is still loves me in fact when I was diagnosed I had a huge sense of peace for I knew that I would not have to face the consequences of this illness alone.
In fact it reinforced my commitment to Christ: Why? Well you see its simple: I know that if every stopped working within my body tomorrow, within mind and soul I would still know and feel the certain presence of Jesus Christ who lives with me. Why? Well that is simple, I invited him to come into my life to be my God and he accepted.
I do not ask you to believe me by my own words. I ask you to believe that if you were to take the chance and do the same, even if you do not believe in him. He will come.
How do I know that? Well you see when I first decided to consider is there a God, I decided to take up the offer that was stated in a book I was given called "Why Jesus". In this book it said if you ask Jesus into your life, he will come for he never refuses anyone.
So I did and Jesus came.
At first I didn't notice much but then one day I was walking our dog around the field near to where I lived and within the field was a large group of teenagers. In the past I avoided them for I felt intimated by them. Yet this day I actually did something completely out of my then shy character and I spoke with them, just saying hello. Nothing more.
I felt so comfortable and so protected that I realised that I was no longer living my life alone but Jesus, God, was with me.
Now people that know me, 12 years on, can not believe that I used to be quiet and shy for I am out going and confident, and definately not quiet. I changed inside for you see I realised one thing that I did not know about myself before. That I am loved.
God has a brillant "A" plan for your life but most of us accept the alternative "B" plan that we control.
Are you not worth enough to yourself to decide to find out if this Jesus is real or not?
Research him and his disciples, or ask him into your life as I did, the lazy way without doing any research; and see what happens.
I was not disappointed with God for he came and gave me such comfort and peace and love and inner security despite my diagnosis.

This body is not true life
I can say with experience that this body is not just our life. Why? Well I have had a stroke.
So that means for a time parts of my body did not work. It means my brain worked but the flesh body around me felt like it was just a machine, a covering. Why? Simple it would not do what it should do but my brain, the real part of me, those thoughts and connections in my head; or to put it another way my soul was truly alive but it worked independently to my body.
Jesus said I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life and no one can get to the Father God without me. So then does that not point out the fact that there is more than we can possible be aware of now? Yes.
I have faith regardless of whether my body is in working order or not because I have learnt through prayer and through reading the bible that there is more than the life that I can see on earth.
I did not ask for proof, for I have faith. But after suffering this stroke now I have proof!
When you are tired and exhausted with trying to find happiness in this world but find nothing fills the hole, the need for connection, to be known inside; try Jesus. Pray and ask him to show you that he is real. That he wants to connect with you. To know you.
Jesus died a painful death to pay for all your wrong doings, your mistakes, on earth. That means you don't have to try to get right with God. Jesus, he is God by the way, already knows and accepts all that you have done.
Religion teaches you to be pure and holy before God. Jesus teaches you that he has forgiveness, grace, love and mercy all waiting for you to know. All you need to do is ask him to come into your life. At some point after you have known Jesus for some time you will find that you have a sense of peace and worth that you have not been able to receive from others.
Repentance means you turn around from your own way of living to ask Jesus to come and share the rest of your life with you.
It's that simple.
You get a promise that Jesus will never leave you. And Jesus promises to guide you home to heaven at your earth death. In heaven you are eternally happy with Him but also with those who helped you in your Christian walk. You see Jesus provides himself but also a ready made family for you to know.
Jesus is waiting for your invitation to come into your life today.

Marathon running
I had a picture today that I wish to share with you:
I was lying in my bed not wishing to rush away from God, I had been praying but I knew I should get up as it was late but I didnt. I just didn't want to get downstairs and get distracted from Him so I stayed put.
In my mind God stood still I knew he was wanting to love his children: he waited and he waited. It was like he stood in the middle of a marathon race but the people were running:
people ran around him, not seeing him mostly;
a few ran past him but looked at him;
even less people bowed their heads in acknowledgement but kept on running;
even less stopped and bowed low to the ground but then got up and ran on;
one person stopped, bowed, and waited for God.
In our busy lives, which one are you?
God longs for you to stop and spend some time with Him.
God longs for a personal relationship with you.

I don't need a Christanity crutch
I think it's really funny when people think I am a weak minded person who needs to have Christanity in my life because I can't cope with things.
Do you really think that that is all Christianity is? A crutch to lean on. If only it were that simple!
Christanity is an explanation of why things in the world today are so tough.
You see God created the world, and all things that live in it. He made a perfect world, with no sin. No need to fight for things for everything was given freely.
Yet today humans fight for all things.
God loved humans enough to build them a perfect world, with food, water, and beauty. You can still see the beauty, and still see humans reflecting God's manner when they reach out to others in love.
Why do humans do this love thing IF YOU SAY GOD IS NOT REAL? It does not make sense to love, it makes sense to fight for survival. Love costs. Humans can love because God placed His natural expression of love in them. Human reflect their Creator.
The bible is a book of explanations and examples of life with God, and without God's blessing. It details one people group, Israel. You can read of their attempt at life outside of God's blessing, or inside God's blessing.
Israel was chosen by God to give the rest of the world a picture of life with God. But Isreal turned their back on God and much later on his Son, Jesus.
Yet I feel oblidged to those who continue love God in Israel to acknowledge them here. For there are many.
Jesus was born a Jew, He grew and lived in Israel. His earth mother Mary taught Him about God.
Jesus was taught the first five books of the Christian bible, but it was not called that then, it was called the Torah.
Jesus believed that God made the earth and all who are in it.
Now I know you may not accept this explanation of life on earth, fine but I do. If Jesus believed it, who am I to argue?
Later in the Book of John we learn that God who has always been alive, was Jesus. Yes I know it is a big claim to make about one human being. But Jesus, lived on earth as a human, but He managed do some amazing things.
There are records to prove Jesus' existence. And records to show that He was crucified by the Romans, some 2000 years ago.
The Book of Acts details 500 eye witnesses that saw Him teach others of God after His death on the cross.
The Gospel Books, that means Good News Books, of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John give further great details of the kind of life that Jesus lead and the miracles He was able to do.
Humans can not heal the sick with one touch, only God can.
Jesus did this. Therefore it leads to the conclusion that Jesus was just not an ordinary man, but God in disguise.
Christianity is not a crutch to lean on, it is a humans wish to stand up and be counted as they try to live out their human lives to give thanks to God for Jesus's sacrifice on the cross. We owe Him our very existence.
It is not an easy thing to do, to live selfishlessly as Jesus did.
I fail everyday.
To make a stand and be counted as a Christian today, is not a decision that is taken lightly as many people in this world are killed for their stance
You may think a person is weak minded to become a Christian that is because you do not see the persecution that Christians' suffer in this world for their decision. England is a safe country to live in because many of the laws in this land are taken from the bible, the Word of God.
If you do not believe me, check out the news and see the fighting and povery of Muslim, Hindu and other nations that do not acknowledge that Jesus total God... it shows because though they do try to understand all that God is... they can not understand because God told humanity the only way to learn about Him is through the Son Jesus Christ.
If you refuse to accept that Jesus Christ is God in human form then God will not accept you nor teach you about the Truth of Him.
The world will never find peace until it acknowledges the right of Jesus to be the King of Earth, and all Humanity, human history proves this.
The nation of Israel has her troubles because the majority of her Jewish people do not recognise Jesus Christ as their God and Saviour. Remember God will not teach you unless you approach Him through His Son JESUS CHRIST.
Jesus Christ, Yeshua Ben Yahweh His Hebrew Name, is the Son of God TOTAL GOD IN HUMAN FORM.
God gave Israel her land, but the world fights this truth. This is the reason for the problems in the middle east. No one wants to acknowledge God's law, that this land belongs to Israel.
Oh Israel, if only you were to acknowledge Jesus Christ as the Son of God, your Messiah; your King, then no one could take your land from you.
I give my life to Yeshua Ben Yahweh, the Son of God. Do you?
